Sailakshmi Rajanala is a certified ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator with over 2.5 years of relevant experience. Currently working at Wipro as a ServiceNow Developer, Sailakshmi is actively involved in HRSD implementation in ServiceNow, customizations and configuration, employee center, and service portal configuration, client and server-side scripts, custom flow (flow designer), HR case management, HR services, HR catalogs, and automated test framework. Sailakshmi has worked on multiple accounts as part of the Remedy to ServiceNow Migration project and has actively migrated 42 accounts. She has extensive experience in ITSM modules such as Change, Request, Problem and Incident management, Service Requests, and is skilled in configuring change approval matrix, notifications, and SLAs, service catalogs, and workflows on all modules. Sailakshmi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from JNTU and completed her Intermediate education in Mathematics from Sri Medha 'V' Junior college. She completed her 10th standard from Narayana Institute. Her technical skills include test, designer, Javascript, and integration.
